Sending money internationally?

Pertty much as the title, whats a good way to do this? Less fees the better, I guess. It's about £1k.

I thought IBAN to IBAN, but apparently thats expensive? See I don't know, any input would be great

Crypto would be iffy, my partner can't get her head round it and the family might struggle too!
