Hey if you buy a graphics card and open it up and put it in your pc then deside you wana send it back. Can you do that and just pay the deliervy fees? i am aware i can send anything back within 7 days of it being resived but im not sure if that includes me opening it.

thanks.

bah ill just keep it, just ordered me a 285GTX. Should let me max out empire total war at least lol. Not that i can currently play it with my gpu being a total **** at the moment.

:EDIT:

And i woulda thought i can do what i want with it after buying it. OCUK have my money, dont see why it matters if i then sell it on the MM again.

Yes, but if someone was going to buy the same thing from OcUK, they would only sell one rather that two ;)

The purpose of the distance selling regulations is to allow you to open and try the product to make sure it's suitable for your requirements, just like you'd be able to do in an actual shop. I bought a mobile once, and tried it out for about 10 mins. It wasn't suitable for my requirements, so it went back for a full refund (minus delivery costs).

Yes you can send it back, even if you have opened it. It will be covered under the distance selling regulations.
