And yet many of the same details are went out to him every month via a much less secure method than the fax (every card statement has his name/address/card number on it ),
Faxes are probably as safe as an online form if the fax machine is in an office/safe area.

Its not those normal details i'd be bothered about...

Its the fact that they also want the 3 digit code, which as you well know doesn't come on the statement for a very good reason...


Plus the fact every detail they need to clone your identity is pretty much all on that list, and in one place, unsecure, and free for anyone to print out and get a copy of.

Also, a fax machine is in no way shape or form a 'secure' method of sending information.

Ok, I can only fax or email because thats their method of processing payment. They need the form because it has my signature on it.
If I dont send this I dont get my accommodation, simple as that. I will send it by fax as it seems more secure.
If you google this company they seem pretty big.

Or send them it encrypted and then phone them up with the password! That way if anyone intercepts it they cannot do anything with it

Don't email it, they're probably in breach of their merchant agreement processing cc numbers emailed to them.
