Sending RAM back... packaging?

Sending my RAM back and it says in the Overclockers support section an outer box should be used..

excuse my unworldly knowledge but what is one of these? and the ram packet is only tiny, can i just not wrap it in brown paper?

When you recieved it, the RAM packaging itself would have been in a protective box. It should be returned like this.

I don't think it was tbh, not unless you mean the box everything came in which is literally 20 times the size of the RAM packaging.

Alright, seriously can't find owt to put it in that isn't ridiculously big and I want to get it back ASAP.
