Sending secure documents to north america, what envelopes to use.

This might sound a silly question, but I have to send some secure documents to north america. The papers alone have cost over £300 just to produce.

It's something you don't think about until the time, but what document folder should I use for sending these. I don't want to put them in a regular letter size folder.

Does anyone have experience of sending secure documents, and/or give a link to what I should be sending them in.

Whenever I got secure documents FROM north America they just came in a FedEx cardboard envelope with a bit you have to tear off to get into it. Bit like Amazon packaging, but thinner.
