Sending SMS using K800i and PC software ?

Hi,

Does anyone know if its possible to send SMS messages using a K800i and the Sony software. Bascially don't want to have to text a long message would rather type and then send via K800i

I have a feeling that Float's Mobile Agent can do that. Might be worth a look.

yup it can... need a bluetooth dongle effort tho...

You sure about that? I think it works with just the USB cable as well.

sorry, it may well do... i only ever used it with BT (dont think i've ever connected a phone to the pc that way actually - normally use card readers hence it slipped my mind)

It works with both the cable and a bluetooth dongle. The dongle makes the whole thing very sexy, though, since when you come into the dongle's range (assuming the mob's bluetooth is on) it'll connect automatically.
