Compared to what? They pretty good if you like canal phones, but they do suffer the worst traits of canal phones - namely that every time the wire moves you hear it, and you can hear your breathing and even your heartbeat if you're lied still. If you try walking in them you can hear your footfalls too. Really spoils the otherwise very good quality.
They'd be good for sat on a bus though. Really depends what you plan on using them for. Koss KSC-75 sound far better, have none of the above problems and are half the price, but they're much bigger (clip over ear type).
