Sennheiser G4ME ONE vs ZERO?

One is closed one is open designed.

Closed tend to give a slightly better frequency response open tends to give a more airy feel to the sound with a wider stage
 
I have a Sennheiser PC360 G4ME (Sennheiser G4ME ONE being the facelift version of this set)

I absolutely love them, they are very comfortable and robust ( I did manage to break my set by standing up from the desk and walking away, with the cord wrapped around my leg, and catapulted with a fair amount of force the headset into the wooden floor and obliterated the microphone :( but that kinda falls outside normal use) other than that, they survived many trips to i-series LAN events, and even my little nephew bashing them around a fair bit.

I bought a new pair the next day, for me there's no contest in the comfort and sound quality from them.

Personally I love the open air headsets, I can, and do wear them all day, they never get hot or uncomfortable, when no sound is playing you can hear people and talk to people next to you with no issue, and soon as music/sound does play, it blocks most of the sound out.

I'd say either one you choose - you will not be disappointed, just decide if open or closed is the one for you!

i prefer the g4me one to my PC 350's

that said though my Phillips fidellio X1 beat them both on quality and comfort.

The one has been reviewed as the better headset too.

might want to check RJK oneils deal thread for tomorrow though PC 350 SE at a very discounted price.
 
I have been reading that the Astro A40s are good but it does not seem OcUK carry them :(

We are trying to stock Astro but they don't seem interested they've put themselves in a unique position and rightly so are milking it.
 
I have the sennheiser ZERO, absolutely love it. Expensive but does the job, there is a video on youtube with a review which made my mind up and wouldn't go back!

I agree philips Fidelio x1 are stunning. Although like yourself can't compare against other ones here.
But you not the first I have seen say this.
