Sennheiser Game One ohms

Quick one - can i hurt the headphones by using the high amp >150 ohms (sound card amplifier) or should i just use 50 ohms? I like the 64 > 150 amp setting on my Phoebus.

It's OK to use the middle gain setting. You can't damage any headphone with gain setting alone. Too high a gain setting and maximum volume could do if it's high enough. Distortion is more likely to damage headphones before too much volume. In any case, if you are wearing the headphones, then you'll damage your hearing with excessive volume long before the headphones are damaged.
