Hey all,

Does anyone have these headphones?

I was just looking for an opinion of them - I'm looking at getting some headphones to replace my current HD 555s. My HD 555s are great, but because they are open they leak sound in (and I'm using them for drumming), so I'm thinking of trying these closed headphones

Any opinions on them?

I have the HD212Pro and find them amazing very clear sound, if a little on the bassy side.

Yep, I do.

They're very neutral, more intended for studio use IMO. The bass goes very low but isn't always that punchy, that said as you're using them for recording/practice purposes you may find them perfect, if you dont mind them not having a heavy bass presense (which might make them better for practice actually)

Oh and they clamp very hard from new, be careful not to overstretch them though!

I have a set that I've been using for years now and although completely worn out they still sound amazing and I wouldn't replace them for anything. Definitely recommended.

Thanks for the recommendations I got them in the end The sound is very nice indeed even out of the pack! You weren't kidding about the clamp though! They're really make your head hurt! I'm stretching them out slowly at the moment, and they're starting to feel a little more comfortable now!
