I know it's normal procedure to ask for recommendations before buying stuff, but I've just bought the following:
Sennheiser HD555 - £59.99
Creative Audigy 2 Platinum - £20 from MM
to replace some rubbish earphones and onboard sound. I assume that I'll notice a decent improvement? Did I make a decent choice? Also, will I be able to use the HD555s with my iRiver mp3 player or will a heaphone amp be necessary?
