Are they any good?

I am planning to buy one of those to play WoW and I was wondering if there was anything better than those for that amount of money.

Thanks.

Hi,

I have had my PC 150's for about 10 months. They are really nice and comfy and have really nice clear sound. The bass from them is excellent.

I find them really good for gaming and as I said they are comfy so you can wear them for ages.

I don't know if it's just mine or all of the PC 150's are like this but the inline volume when at it's lowest doesn't cut the sound right off. You can still hear the sound which is usually loud enough to understand words in a song.

Saying that I do have my wav/mp3 and main volume up full so it's probably a balance of these needed aswell.

I don't use the microphone that much but I found it to be really good and clear. The inline mic switch allows you to mute the mic which is good.

Anyway...Good solid headphones :D

The in-line volume will rarely be able to completely mute a signal. It just provides convenient attenuation. For the most part, setting it to full and using the PC volume/headphone amp level control will produce the best quality sound.

Ah right...I will give that a go.

Thanks
