As the title says, has anybody ever had any experience with Sennheiser RMA because I literally have been waiting 1 month for any response regarding my headphones that are actually with them now. All that is wrong with the headphones is a dead mic and I have been waiting for over a month, so I don't see how they could not have repaired/replaced them.

Thanks
Lewis

<12month old always contact the place you got them.

SOGA states they also have to be repaired/returned within a reasonable amount of time AFAIK. Over a month maybe taking the Pee a little, have you emailed/phoned them? they might have already returned them but could have got lost or something, worth contacting em tho.

the whole RMA process went through Overclockers, and the status has been, "Status: We are currently awaiting a replacement from our supplier" for like 1 month :(

But should they call overclockers or sehn? To be honest, i've never had experience with their customer support since i always find their products to be so damn good. I've had these headphones for years, and they've been thrown around, dropped, pulled and twisted and the sound quality is still as good as the day i bought them. I can only imagine you were very unlucky.

I must've been unlucky too, as my PC350 Headset microphone has stopped working.

I note that OCUK no longer stock Sennheiser, and upon calling OCUK today I was advised that I'd get a quicker response for warranty if I went directly to Sennheiser. Sennheiser subsequently insisted that I deal with OCUK as the original supplier.

I'm piggy in the middle now :(

When I first RMa'd my serially useless Medusas the first time they sat like that on RMA page for a long ass time, when I emailed them they had refunded me rather than repair/replace but apparantly forgot to update RMA status so check your bank just in case ;)
