Sennheiser warranty returns

The microphone packed up on my PC150 headset recently. First I thought it was my sound card so tried it on the onboard sound and it still didn't work. Then I bought an X-Fi and it still wouldn't work with that. Tried it with the PC at work and got nothing so I assume it's b0rked.

Just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with Sennheiser's warranty department and what's the best of contacting them. Sent them a message through the contact link on their site after trying the contact number which no one answered - though it is a Saturday. The link to their website on the OcUK Support list is dead.
 
Thought I'd update my findings in case anyone cares.

Got a reply to my message through the Sennheiser website quite promptly which gave me the RMA details. Sent it off Monday morning and received the replacement headset Thursday.

Class operation all round. Really impressed.

I just bought some PC150's and I have to say they are great. do many people have problems with the mic or is this just a one of ?
 
To be fair I did abuse them pretty badly. They were 22 months old and I dropped them almost daily and rolled my chair over them more than a few times. Even so, structurally they seemed fine so not sure what caused the mic to go.

For reference I had a plantronics set before the PC150 and I totally trashed that within a week. Ear pieces were falling off and everything. The Senns are just awesome in comparison.

I'd thrown out the box so just stuck it in a generic brown box with a bit of padding. Didn't have the original receipt either, just sent a print out of the OcUK order confirmation email which seemed to be accepted ok.
