Sennheiser Warranty Support " No Longer Exists"

trying to move forward with a fault on my Sennheiser GSX 1000 bought from OCUK, had contacted Sennheiser riased a ticket and they replied with some unhelpful links to manuals. Id have sent them a chaser email no reply, i thought i would check my ticket status online and looks like they have closed down their support helpdesk

Sorry! It seems the help centre at sennheiser-gaming.zendesk.com no longer exists.

anyone else have any dealings with the, i assume there is no vendor rep.

your contact for warranty is generally were you bought them from. contact overclockers and get them to sort it
