check hyperthread is enabled , speed on ram ect and other bios tweaks to give a custom user setting and save -exit bios

partition sata

install streamlined xp and serive pack 2 and press f6 to install motherboard sata drivers from floppy

install tools for motherboard within windows

install drivers for sound and graphics card

thanks in advance :)

Looks all fine, I wouldnt tweak things in the Bios like ram speeds etc until windows is installed. I would put your graphics card in and sound card when installing windows but it shouldnt make any difference, just put everything you want in before you activate.
