Sensible CPU for HTPC

Planning to build HTPC into Antec Fusion case. Plan to use as PVR, and install Pioneer Blu-Ray drive for HD.

2 Questions?

1. What CPU?
2. How much RAM?

e2140/e2160 and 2gb ram should be plenty?

I went for a E2160 with 2Gb of Geil PC6400. Not playing HD media yet, but handles DIVX's and TV fine.
