Nah, it'll just mean they'll probably be in the same boat as all the others and have to download a full version again rather than a simple patch.

Nah, you just delete it and re-download. Live tracks what you have already paid for so you won't have to pay again.

What one delayed game, big freakin deal. PS3 owners waited for an extra year patiently

a small delay to an old game is hardly the end of the world. Sounds like a childish footstamping session.
