sent files via wireless router?

Just got laptop and it is using the wireless router as my pc. I was wondering is there any way aside from msn (and the likes) or network the two machines together to allow the swapping of file?

Run the Windows XP Network setup wizard on both and choose the 'turn on file and print sharing' option would be the easiest way. The computers should all ideally be part of the same Workgroup.

Then its just a case of right-click->share on folders you want to be network accessible. They should then appear in 'My Network Places'.
