SEO Masters; a quick word?

does anyone have any links to sites that provide a good resource on SEO, from a development/implementation perspective? it's what i consider to be my weakest area, and i really want to beef it up.

anyone can google for some SEO tutorial, but i'd like a recommended resource if you've got one. I'm sure this question's been asked before...if it has; i'm asking it again!
