So, I recently I set up my Amp for Dolby Atmos and plugged my PC's HDMI cable directly into it to get HD audio and in doing so I lose HDR as my amp doesn't support it. Beforehand I had my PC plugged into the TV to get HDR but doing that I don't get HD audio lol.
I saw that my 1070 has 2 HDMI outputs so would I be able to have just video from one HDMI and just sound from the other so it doesn't affect the framerate? Then I could plug one into the TV and the other in the Amp and in theory get both HDR and HD audio.
Regarding the framerate would outputting a second monitor that's not in use even affect it?
