yes your sonos are network streamers, it's just that specific dedicated player could
offer extra features, if you need them. ie look at the £2000 Everosolo A8 master and see if that's worth it.
For myself the upgrade from a older Squeezebox streamer to a Wiim Ultra was worth it because it had room EQ, measurement, and speaker presets. Full squeezelite support was a must, which it has.
Personally the app/UI is most important for me, a Logitech Squeezebox Duet or Wiiom Pro Plus would be fine as I just use digital out.
I don't like Sonos because it's locked in, I use a raspberry Pi 4 with Picoreplayer, a LMS app on my phone, so 99% of stuff is done through that (local music playback) only initial setup and room EQ measurement/changing presets is done in the Wiim app.
Have a look at these three and determine if it's worth it
The WiiM Ultra redefines your audio experience by bringing Hi-Res streaming capabilities, advanced room correction, and smart home integration to your existing setup, be it powered speakers or amplifiers. It seamlessly connects with a wide range of devices, offering a versatile audio solution.

For vinyl you really want a analogue amplifier, pretty much all of those products including Sonos will digitise inputs so if vinyl sound quality was important look for a stereo analogue integrated amplifier, or maybe a stereo analogue & built in DAC amplifier (those two with passive speakers) or if sticking with active speakers, stereo analogue pre amplifier (but then most active speakers will digitise inputs anyway). If you do look at a "digital" amplifier (DAC) make sure it keeps analogue inputs analogue from input to output (for your record player)
