Serbia FA fine for racist behaviour of fans

£65,000. Four Serbia players have been given bans and two of their coaches are suspended for 2 years.


Pathetic is probably the closest I can come to describe that.


Caulker has been banned for 2 games and Ince for 1 as well.

£65,000's actually far more than other clubs have been fined for racism but not as much as Bendtner was fined at the Euros in the summer.

Nicklas Bendtner has been fined an astonishing 100,000 euros (£80,000) and banned for one competitive international fixture for displaying sponsored underwear during Denmark's game against Portugal.

UEFA fined City more for arriving 1 min late for the second half v Porto then they fined Porto for their racist abuse of Balotelli.

So this doesn't surprise me.

Yeh but they have to make that hefty as otherwise sponsors would just indemnify any possible fines.
