Dose anyone know of anyone that still makes joystick that have a serial connection on them, to be used with avery old PC that is running DOS?

And no, we will not be upgreading the PC or the softwere, as its a speacal bit of kit.:D

I may have one lying about somewhere you can have. Email me and we can come to an arrangement ref postage/collection.

NB it is an old one, and if you can collect I may have a serial force feedback steering wheel as well.

Im looking for joystick for 4 systems, its work related, and spares as well to replace old one. They all need to be the same, as all systems need to be keeped the same.
Thanks for the offer though.

no problems, I'm afraid I dont know of a company that still makes them - have you thought about a normal USB one with the usb-serial adapter (only a couple of quid on the bay)?

Is a game controller with a HAT and six buttons suitable, I seem to remember having one somewhere.

Drivers may be the problem.

I also have a serial force feedback SW in the loft.

andy.
