Serious Error?

As soon as everything is booted up, one of those error messages, sayingthat the process LSASS.EXE terminated unexpectedly and will shut down the computer in 1 minute.
error code is 1073741819

Only advice I can offer is when it says the computer is shuting down go to 'start' than 'run' and type in: shutdown \a
This will stop it from shutting the computer down :-)

cheers, i restarted the pc and the shutdown message didnt come up, just something about Shell causing an error 30 mins beforehand.

shutdown -a

Check your RAM with memtest and stress with prime95 etc, sounds like somethings not right.
