serious help needed please

hi guys ive not been on my pc for about a week and today I built myself a new desk for my pc in my bedroom so decided to move it from downstairs. ive plugged everything in and when I run games im getting 3-4 fps on every game im using a radeon r9 290x gaming edition. ive noticed something I haven't seen before called d3d11 could this have anything to do with it. I think my younger brother has been on my pc and messed it up somehow.

sorted it guys r lass put the cable in the wrong port

I would check temps first, then look at malware that might of been downloaded.

Ah connected it to the motherboard port
