Serious Origin Issue

It seems as though my account has for want of a better word...gone?

I changed my password the other day and had an issue logging in, now I can enter my e-mail (via the origin app) to change my pass but I receive no e-mail.

HAs anyone else had this issue?
 
The problem I have is that I cna't do anything...I can't login, change pass - it's like I've never existed.
