Serious Problem. Possibly Windows , maybe Drivers?

Right, my laptop is really playing up. Every day It will **** up, maybe by not opening a programme or just going completely crazy.

For example about 20 minutes ago , it wouldn't open MSN and was just slow. Then all of a sudden this came up.

Now its happened before. But this time when i restarted windows , firefox has been messed up. Bookmarks/History/COokies all deleted.

Im really worrying about this now as i am selling this soon as I'm building a new rig, any help is much appreciated.

I have just bought 2gb of ram.

Starting to worry now. Everytime i close Firefox the bookmarks are deleted

Its nothing to "worry" per se about, just run memtest+ And if you can post the minidump someone can check whats actually casuing you to lock up. Solve it pretty easy soon enough i'd think. Don't lose any sleep or start writing your will just yet...

memtest+ isnt the easiest programme to run!

I have used deamon tools to mount the image ( GOT IT OFF THE WEBSITE LIKE MENTIONED) and it gives me a folder. Theres is .img file there but I cant open it ?

I'm not gonna lie i've had a few beers and just cba talking you through this, do some research mate, its really not that difficult. Where the hell is the minidump anyway? Why do i care, and why would you stupidity wind me up?
