I have bought 2 Corsair Graphite 780T cases in a row and both have the same warped side panels. One is also badly scratched. One of them I cannot even get back on properly and it caused more damage forcing it on the case.
The panels weren't even properly attached upon opening the box. I have been reading about other users having the same problem going back to 2015, so obviously Corsair have not addressed this. A warped panel is unacceptabe, even if you can snap it into place.
Both will be going back and I will be staying away from Corsair cases for my current build, if I manage to even get around to it at this rate.
