Serious question hearing aids, info required

The technology in the NHS hearing aids is probably one stage behind what you'd find in the private arena. You still have the same major manufacturers (Siemans et al) and you get it for free. You should be damn thankful for this.

Are you registered partially hearing? Get yourself a hearing test at audiology - usually a department down at your local general hospital. I'm moderate-to-severely deaf and I get hearing aids off the NHS. Expect digital ones too. We've got to a point where most aids are now digital.

It is useless and to get it to a volume where I could hear something it was feeding back all the time.
After I bought it, it didn't arrive for about two months and in that time there were 100s of bad reviews - Review page
