I just got my copy of SSBFE today and wasted no time installing it. The game and the graphics are awesome but what compelled me to start a thread was the EXCELLENT way (IMO) that they have implemented the Settings screens.
The GUI is brilliant and the DEPTH of options you can drill into in the Graphics section is just awesome. Erm.....GTAV developers...*clears throat*....take heed....
But what really makes this stand out is that you can mess about with ALL the options without a single re-start to apply them.
Any graphical setting, AA, Super AA, Aniso, Shadows, Blur, Particles etc. all applied without those ANNOYING messages some other games have (You know:"Changes will applied after next restart" etc.) So you can rapidly dive in and out of the Settings screens and back to the game to see its effects.
Also like the little touches like optional FPS display.
Seriously what a pleasant change a well-designed GUI makes, Im well impressed. The game looks fantastic on my HDTV. So yea...well done Croteam
