They should indeed do the same to Blood, System Shock 2, Carmageddon and Hi-Octane, keeping the original gameplay.

I completely miss Serious Sam the frist time round (the were too many FPS to go through and not enough time) Now it's getting the HD treatment i can play it for the first time with better GFX

As for the HD tag, i think it can apply as the textures are now in higher resolution

A high-res HD version of the original Red Alert (as opposed to changing the graphics) would be awesome.
