Serious Sam Windows 7

Got the above game the first time around,installs ok on Win 7(64) just won't run,have checked it on net,most seem to be able to run it.
Any of you gamers in here running it on Win 7?

Is it the steam HD V or the original on disc

Have you patched it up to its 1.05 release?

Because the game works perfectly for me on Windows 7 x64. Both the original disc release and the Steam version.
