Serious windows issue...xml

Ok im in trouble....Theres some info in my MSN chat history that I really need and for some reason, windows has decided it doesnt wanna let me view it...Something weird has happened

Can anyone help me fix this?

That prog seems to only show the source

unless im using it wrong, which i probably am..

The files are in the same folder mctiny...
