Seriously whacky voltage readings on Haswell

Hi, I'm getting some very out of range readings on the 3v, 5v, 12v voltage levels. Does anyone know if this will be monitoring apps getting it wrong, or my Corsair 620w modular supplying actual crazy voltages. I'm assuming the pc wouldn't function if these were the actual values.
3 = 3.3
5 = 4
12 = 6.08

seems normal Guess most programs need updating to give accurate sensor readings on the new chipset as they don't calibrate on their own
heres what hwinfo tells me

I did get a message saying hwinfo has a new update out but I didn't bother to update maybe that would fix the sensor readings
only 3.3 v is only showing 2 XD
12v is only 0.048 :D

they are in this order
current / min /max / average readings as you can see the voltage doesn't really change it's just dodgy readings I assume as my pc has been perfect not a single crash

The vcore reading is probably the only correct one
