Serisoly Annoyed!

Just got my new xbox back from microsoft. After having waiting for so long to play Halo 3 i put it in try to start the single player and i get an error saying

''game failed to start''

sooo annoyed right now! the disk looks in perfect condition i cant see any scratches on it at all. Tried other games in my xbox and ther working fine.

Anyone else experienced this?

also do you think blockbuster will exchange it for another copy if its been 8 days?

They should accept it, don't you get a 3 month warranty on video games?

forgot to mentioned i purchased the game its not a rental

should be swapable.I would try it in another xbox though just to be 100% sure its the game at fault

dont have any other xbox's that are near me so guess im off to blockbuster lol.

*just noticed when i put it up to the light ther are a few scratches around the outside
