Serv-U uploads permission problems

I am trying to set up my Serv-U FTP app to allow someone in Hong Kong, to send some large data files. I believe I have set upload access rights correctly, but he can't upload. I have put a screenshot of the settings at http://www.gatesgarth.com/servu.jpg

I want him to have all rights except execute and delete. I think I have the order right. People have always been ok downloading from my server, but I have never set up upload permissions before. can anyone tell me what's up please? Thanks.

That looks like its just set for anonymous user?

What have you set his home directory to be? It looks like you have 2 shares on there. It maybe defaulting to the other dir.

Hmm, I see what you mean, I have now created him a user account with his own log in name and password. I was assuming I could grant anonymous users theright to upload to a specific directory though, maybe that is not the case? I'll see if he manages it now. Thanks for the speedy reply.
