Guys and gals
Running server 2003 (only had it for about 6 weeks) and a mixed OS environment with everything from macs to pcs running windows 95 - XP pro
I've setup folder redirection for thier "my documents" on the desktop using group policy within active directory. Works a treat for windows XP pro clients but doesn't work on windows 2000 PCs. Anyone got any idea how to force the 2K machines to redirect to the users home folder as well? according to the excel group policy document I got off the MSKB it should work for XP AND 2K but every other website I've read says folder redirect is for XP pro and newer only
pants I say! I'm only interested in redirecting the remaining 2K clients, couldn't care less about the rest. As it is thier documents on the server maps to thier "P" drive.
