By "web component" I take it you're talking about Internet Information Server? You just add it through Add/Remove Programs >> Windows Components >> Application Server, then select what you want to add. You can then use the IIS Manager in administration tools to manage web sites you want to have.
Baisically I'm looking to host a website on a 2003 server.
Have only ever done this on Unix and Linux and was trying to find some literature on the subject.
With Linux it was as simple as having the formated pages in the right folder and let it run with security being dealt with by text file configs. Something tells me that M$ will be a little more convoluted. Any links you can suggest to give me some pointers?
