hi there

looking to install server 2003 on a machine and set up a home network, basically becuase I want to try it and teach myself

is there any good books, web pages that people could recommend, or do I really need to go on a course

Do you mean "set up a home network", or set up a testbed corporate network at home?

Because if its the former, don't bother. If its the latter, then www.wsus.info is useful for SUS/WUS/WSUS tips and techniques, http://forums.msexchange.org/ is fantastic for exchange server help, and it might even be worth an experts-exchange membership.
