So I got a phone call today from a client saying their printers aren't working, and when I RDP in I see tons of printer and fax redirects, the actual printers show as offline, trying to remove the redirects results in an admin permissions error and in gpo on the DC I've disabled client printer redirection. For some reason I can't seem to add printers despite being able to access their web interface.

I don't think your GPO to prevent printers being mapped from RDP sessions is working (I do the same thing to prevent print servers filling up with crap). What does gpresult say?

What parameter do I need to provide with that command?

The thing is I'm RDPing into their server which has no printers installed and then I'm RDP'ing again to a local machine on the lan. This disaster has only started happening today :(
