Hi Guys,
Got a problem on a new Server 2012 R2 Standard DC I'm setting up. Currently its not 100% live, however 4 clients have now been moved across to test.
I have three group policies which are linked to different groups.
- Default Group Policy (Everyone in Authenticated Users picks up)
- Location Policy (Everyone on a certain site picks up, Folder re-direction)
- Wallpaper Policy (Only those in a certain group pick these up, basically for Public facing machines)
I've just tried to Edit the default policy and getting the following (Although getting the issues when trying to edit all of them, creation seems fine) :-
Short of rebooting the server, any suggestions?

Code:
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
