Hi all, bit of an odd question. Does anyone know where windows stores it's group policy processing. I have been responsible for pushing out kaspersky via GPO to my university, so far this has gone well however we do have a couple of stubborn machines which do not run the GPO and also some that have 2 objects popping up in control panel stating the same object in installed twice. Are there flags that are set stating the GPO has been run?

I'm at home so can't check this but doesn't running "gpresult" in a command prompt tell you which ones are applicable to your PC and current login?

It's worth trying, you might find the PCs your having problems with are in the wrong OU, haven't grabbed them yet (time to do a gpupdate/force) or have an issue with the network config such as DNS etc.

When pushing out via GPO if a PC isn't getting it 9 times out of 10 it's a GPO issue within AD or the PC simply hasn't updated yet. Only other time I've seen it was a problem with our DNS.
