depends on what version though. ultimate has it, not sure about the others.
anyway, depending on what sort of usage the server is going to have, like home development i'd recommend abyss webserver it's a tiny app, has full support for any scripting you can think of such as asp.net, php, perl, ruby on rails, all that stuff. has a nice web based interface, it really is a top bit of kit. sure it's only x86 but i can't see that being a problem.
