server backup / disaster recovery

Hi,

Just wondering what you guys all use really and the costs involved.

We have 3 servers and around 300GB of data

We currently only use tapes and we're looking for an alternative, something a bit more reliable and something that can be restored fairly quickly if a a server was to explode.
