Hi got a server that I need to backup files from, and it just hangs at certain places when copying files and pretty much locks up. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? Been using Altaro FS even had them remote in and they do not really know why it locks up, pretty much given up on me as I guess it is too much hassle for them to find out, or they dont have a clue. Not really sure what to check and how?
Any ideas?
It is roughly 200gb of various files and folders with some stupid file names in amongst them. Although I'm told that should not effect anything. Really annoying as I could do with whatever software I purchase working well. Want to be able to backup and restore with ease.
