Server BIOS Update Issues, Any Ideas?

I have 2 Compaq ProLiant ML310 G1 Servers, I updated the BIOS on one of them fine and had no issues, I went to update the BIOS on the 2nd one and it went through ok but after cycling the power and turning on it scrolls one line at a time on post and in the bios by this I mean when you go in the BIOS the cursor scrolls across one line at a time drawing the data on the screen so its incredibly slow navigating in the bios? any ideas what this could be?

They also both have the same revision motherboards and are identical in everyway.

you using a kvm? sounds like the keyboard may be stick or something try power cycling the server/kvm

Yeah I am using a KVM ill give that a go
