Server bootup problems

Hi all, had a bit of a problem this morning - all 5 of our servers went down! We have managed to recover a couple of them but our e-mail server is still not working. What happens is, when we switch it on, it goes through the bios as normal and then come up with a message about "auto data recovery" and then doesn't seem to do anything else afterwards. If we view the raid array all of the drives are marked as "ok" but the status is "recovering". Should it be a case of waiting for it to do something or is there something I should be doing?
