Server build: 430 or E1200?

For a cheapish file server + proxy for my network, I'm wondering which processor to get. Every penny counts, and I'm wondering if there would be a significant advantage in having 2 cores instead of 1, for this purpose(ie worth £10...). The machine will be on 24/7, and never used for anything else:)
430
E1200
Please advise

Thanks,
Darkstroke

Thanks, 430 it is then!
Having checked, I know someone who runs a server with similar uses, with a 200mhz processor so the dual core really isn't necessary :)

Depends on the prices when I'm ready to buy, I wouldn't turn down a 2nd core for the same price, but paying anything more than £10 extra for it is impossible on my budget
Thanks for the advice all :)
