Server monitoring software

I'm after a piece of software which monitors pretty much everything on the server including running processes/memory usage and to create its own event logs, not just the ones that window uses because i'm having some issues with our citrix servers but they aren't logging anything!

What do you guys use to monitor your servers?

Might be not what your after, but you can use Samurize to output cpu load, temps, network traffic and just about every other parameter on the eerver, then have it send it to another machine, so it will appear on the dektop.

At work we use software called ManageEngine Applications Manager 6, I strongly suggest you check it out.
